Maxillary canines affect the smile and facial esthetics providing upper lip alar base support. This article presents case report of skeletal class I malocclusion with Angle’s III (Right) subdivision impacted left maxillary canine poor prognosis for traction which was managed successfully a combined surgical orthodontic approach. The diagnosis impaction done through Orthopantogram, intra-oral periapical, occlusal radiographs localized buccally clinical examination Clark’s technique. brought into arch improved self-esteem patient.
